Your role at OTOKO®
You manage customer projects so that business objectives, technical work and agreed constraints align. You create transparency around decisions, dependencies and progress. You work closely with specialists, customers and the stakeholders responsible for the collaboration.
Managing technical customer projects
Cloud rollouts, software modernisation and security integration have different acceptance risks. You keep scope, decisions and changes aligned. Planning accounts for available access, customer approvals and vendor responses. You discuss technical risks with specialists and translate them into required decisions. Acceptance and handover address agreed outcomes, clear responsibilities and usable documentation.
Your responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope and verifiable milestones with customers and specialist teams.
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, budget and dependencies and handle changes transparently.
- Make risks and blockers visible early and bring about decisions with the responsible stakeholders.
- Organise acceptance, documentation and operational handovers and make lessons learned useful for future projects.
- Plan milestones with technical dependencies and unambiguous acceptance criteria.
- Bring changes and blockers, including their impact on schedules, effort and outcomes, forward for decision.
What you bring
What matters is demonstrable experience that is relevant to the role. It may come from appropriate vocational training, a degree, professional practice or a well-founded career change. We will align the specific level of responsibility with your knowledge and experience.
- Experience managing IT or software projects.
- Ability to understand technical relationships and translate business objectives into clear work packages.
- Structured communication, reliable planning and transparent handling of changes.

- Experience with cloud, security or integration projects.
- Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies or relevant project-management certifications.
