Partner Manager (all genders)

You shape collaboration with vendors and technology partners. You bring programmes, technical teams and joint customer activities together. You ensure that promised services, available expertise and actual partner conditions are aligned.

For Utimaco, OPSWAT and other partners, product information, contacts and support must stay current. You coordinate enablement and joint customer activities. Proposal questions require verified terms and approvals. Partner status and programmes are documented before they are communicated externally. Sales and specialist teams receive a clear overview of whom to contact with specific vendor questions.

• Manage partner relationships and align shared objectives, responsibilities and areas of expertise.
• Share information about products, programmes and training with sales and technical teams.
• Coordinate joint customer activities, events and specialist enablement measures.
• Document partner status, approvals and proposal terms and communicate changes to the affected teams.
• Maintain traceable partner information, product changes and technical contacts.
• Coordinate customer and enablement activities with specialist teams, sales and vendors.

What matters is demonstrable experience that is relevant to the role. It may come from appropriate vocational training, a degree, professional practice or a well-founded career change. We will align the specific level of responsibility with your knowledge and experience.

• Experience with vendor or partner collaboration in a technology environment.
• Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and track agreements transparently.
• Understanding of solution sales and the needs of technical implementation teams.

This knowledge is helpful, but you do not need to have all of it at once. In your application, describe where you have already gained practical experience and which areas you would like to explore in greater depth.

• Experience with cloud or security partner programmes.
• Knowledge of event coordination, partner enablement or international collaboration.

You make partner collaboration useful in customer projects and keep status information current. Unverified partner tiers, discounts or exclusivity claims are not communicated without a reliable basis.

This role can be based in Cologne or performed remotely. We will agree the specific form of collaboration, project requirements and any necessary customer appointments before you start.

This role is offered as permanent employment on a full-time or part-time basis. We will agree the responsibilities, working hours, start date and compensation to suit the role and your level of experience.
