Your role at OTOKO®
You translate specific business tasks into robust AI architectures. You assess benefits, the available data, security requirements and the operating model together and support implementation beyond a presentation. Your decisions must be understandable to business departments and actionable for development teams.
AI architecture aligned with the business process
A business department wants an AI application, but the data is held in several systems with different access rights. You clarify tasks, user groups and the limits of automated decisions. You then design data access, model integration, evaluation and operations as a whole. You compare managed and self-hosted model access based on integration, latency and costs. A PoC is given criteria for a well-founded decision about production use.
Your responsibilities
- Evaluate use cases, define functional boundaries and capture requirements for quality, integration and data protection.
- Design architectures for RAG, model access, permissions and system integration and compare alternatives with clear reasoning.
- Plan PoCs with measurable acceptance criteria and use them to derive a realistic path to production operations.
- Support development and security teams during implementation, reviews and the handover to operations; make risks and dependencies visible early.
- Document architecture decisions for model access, permissions and human approvals.
- Define acceptance criteria for quality, cost per transaction and operational responsibility with customers.
What you bring
What matters is demonstrable experience that is relevant to the role. It may come from appropriate vocational training, a degree, professional practice or a well-founded career change. We will align the specific level of responsibility with your knowledge and experience.
- Experience in software or solution architecture and practical exposure to AI applications.
- Ability to structure business requirements, data flows and security boundaries clearly.
- Understanding of integration, operations, access control and the evaluation of technical alternatives.
Additional strengths
This knowledge is helpful, but you do not need to have all of it at once. In your application, describe where you have already gained practical experience and which areas you would like to explore in greater depth.
- Experience with enterprise architectures or facilitating technical customer workshops.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, governance or operating models from different providers.
What matters in this role
Your architecture provides clear answers about what will be built, how quality will be measured and who will operate the solution. Technical decisions and outstanding questions remain visible to customers and the implementation team.
